CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY
We understand that life happens and always do our best to be flexible when we can. That said, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Without 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be responsible for the full cost of the session.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not have enough time to proceed with your session, and the full session fee will still apply.
